Group Exercise
The Bronson Athletic Club offers a variety of aerobic and group fitness classes. Most group exercise classes at the BAC are offered free of charge to members and don't require pre-registration. A few specialized classes have a fee, such as our popular Spinning® classes. Simply call the BAC Service Desk at (269) 544-3200 to reserve your spot.
Group exercise classes are held in two exercise studios equipped with shock-reducing maple floors. We also have specialized studios dedicated to Pilates and Spinning®, a cardiovascular cycling workout.
We offer several water fitness classes in both our lap pool and our warmer water exercise pool. Water fitness is a great option for those looking for a low-impact workout that is gentle on their joints.
