Weight Loss Challenge

Inspired by the popular TV fitness reality show, "The Biggest Loser," the Bronson Athletic Club offers a 12-week Weight Loss Challenge that gives you all the tools and motivation you need to finally lose the extra weight for good. This ultra-successful program, led by a BAC certified personal trainer, includes two seminars, personal training sessions, nutrition advice and personalized workout plans. Whether you want to lose 20, 30, 40 or more pounds, the BAC's Weight Loss Challenge is for you.

Living Lite

This comprehensive eight-week weight management and lifestyle improvement program focuses on nutrition, exercise and behavior change to help you improve your health. You will attend a weekly class and work one-on-one with a personal trainer to help you achieve your weight management and lifestyle improvement goals. Cost varies depending upon the number of personal training sessions.

8 Weeks to a Healthy Lifestyle for Baby Boomers

This class is designed everyone in the Baby Boomer era that wants to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran at the BAC, this class will help you live healthier. During the eight-week class, you will spend one hour in the classroom covering topics such as goal setting, nutrition and behavior change. You will also spend one hour with a BAC personal trainer learning how to exercise properly to increase health and independence. Cost varies. Individual and couple rates are available for members and non-members.

On Target Living

On Target Living is an interactive seminar designed to help you achieve a balanced life with increased energy and vitality by blending intelligent nutrition, balanced exercise and restorative rest and recovery. In On Target Living, health and fitness expert Chris Johnson cuts through the current landscape of dieting and deprivation. Chris blends just the right amount of nutritional and physiological information with a sensible program that anyone can begin immediately and follow for life, while feeling happy and highly satisfied.

Wellness Profile

Women on Weights

This unique program teaches women of all ages and fitness levels how to improve self-esteem, health and body through proper nutrition and exercise. Women on Weights is a six-week course designed to improve overall fitness and increase energy levels.
