Bronson is designated as a Level I Trauma Center, the first one in southwest Michigan. Bronson is also the first hospital in the Kalamazoo area to have an accredited Chest Pain Emergency Center.

- 94% of Emergency Department patients surveyed from the reported being satisfied or very satisfied with their experience, and
