Sally Berglin, former president and CEO of LakeView Community Hospital, now Bronson LakeView, joined the organization in 1993 as vice president of patient care services and today oversees all operations at the site and outpatient clinics at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Her prior experience includes directorships in neurosciences, orthopedics, trauma and emergency services at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.

Berglin's educational and professional background in healthcare is extensive. She earned a master's degree in public administration at Grand Valley State University, a bachelor's degree in business administration at Nazareth College and an associate's degree in nursing at Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC).

Berglin has been a member of KVCC's nursing advisory committee since 2002 and was a member of the leadership search committee of the Western Michigan University Bronson School of Nursing. She has been a faculty member for several programs, including the University of Nebraska College of Nursing.

She currently serves as a member of the Van Buren County United Way Board of Directors and is chairperson of the Michigan Hospital Association's Small and Rural Hospital Council.
